To ensure eligibility for the commission, we kindly ask that the Realtor accompany the buyer on their initial visit or reach out to the sales counselor within 48 hours of that visit. If the buyer has already visited the community, we appreciate them notifying their Realtor so we can make sure you are registered and represented.

Clear, Competitive Compensation
Long Lake Ltd. is pleased to offer a 3% Realtor commission on all homes when the buyer and realtor are properly registered within the required time frame.
Commission Structure
• Inventory Homes: (Final Sales Price − Seller Concessions) × 3%
• Dirt / Build Jobs: (Base Plan Price − Seller Incentives) × 3%
